Computer Science Specialist (Ai)

Job Description:

• Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Science alumni, preferably from top universities such as MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Michigan, Berkeley, Cambridge, Oxford, or Imperial College. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and AI and is passionate about the fintech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement blockchain and AI solutions for our fintech platform.

• Collaborate with other co-founders and stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy the platform.

• Ensure that the platform is secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in blockchain, AI, and fintech.

• Help recruit and manage a team of developers and engineers as the company grows.

• Assist in fundraising efforts by presenting technical solutions to potential investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and AI, and experience in developing blockchain-based systems.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, and Solidity.

• Experience in working with fintech platforms or financial institutions is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disruption.

Compensation: The successful candidate will be offered a co-founder position, with shares ranging from 25%-33%, and the salary will be determined by investors who are experienced tech entrepreneurs and have other successful companies. The office is located in San Francisco near the Bay Area, providing access to a dynamic startup ecosystem.
